10. Trading Card Singles

Card condition assessments are based on our reasonable judgement and industry standards.

Customers acknowledge that:

  • Trading cards may contain manufacturer defects.

  • Centring, print quality, and grading outcomes are subjective.

  • We do not guarantee any grading result from third-party grading companies.

Returns will not be accepted solely because a card receives a lower grade than expected.

 

11. Sealed Products

We do not guarantee specific cards, rarities, pulls, chase cards, or contents from sealed products.

Trading card products are randomised by the manufacturer.

Opened or unsealed products may not be eligible for return as detailed in our Refund Policy.

 

12. Membership Programme

Participation in the KABSYS membership programme is subject to these Terms and any separate membership rules published by us.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify membership benefits

  • Amend eligibility criteria

  • Suspend or terminate memberships

  • Correct errors in points or rewards balances

Membership benefits have no cash value unless explicitly stated.

Memberships are personal and may not be transferred without our written consent.

 

13. Events and Tournaments

Participation in events, leagues, tournaments, and organised play activities is subject to:

  • Venue rules

  • Event rules

  • Publisher or organised play requirements

  • Staff instructions

We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour:

  • Is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or disruptive

  • Creates an unsafe environment

  • Violates event rules

  • Damages property

Entry fees may not be refundable where removal results from a participant’s misconduct.

 

14. Community Standards

We aim to provide a welcoming environment for all customers.

The following behaviour may result in suspension, event removal, account restrictions, or membership termination:

  • Harassment

  • Bullying

  • Discrimination

  • Hate speech

  • Threatening conduct

  • Cheating

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Theft

  • Repeated disruption of events or community spaces

Our decisions regarding community safety and conduct are final.

 

15. Buylists, Trade-Ins and Purchases from Customers

Where we purchase cards, collectibles, or hobby products from customers:

  • Ownership must legally belong to the seller.

  • Sellers must have authority to sell the items.

  • We may request proof of identity.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any transaction.

Valuations are offered at our discretion and may change without notice.

Once a trade-in or sale has been completed and payment issued, transactions are generally final.

 

16. Intellectual Property

All website content, including:

  • Logos

  • Branding

  • Graphics

  • Images

  • Text

  • Product descriptions

is owned by or licensed to KABSYS Games & Hobbies and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation would be unlawful.

Subject to applicable law, KABSYS Games & Hobbies shall not be liable for:

Our total liability in relation to any order shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product or service.
