We aim to dispatch all orders promptly and provide customers with reliable delivery options throughout the United Kingdom.

 

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • England

  • Scotland

  • Wales

  • Northern Ireland

International shipping may be available to selected destinations. Any international shipping options, costs, customs charges, duties, and taxes will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

 

3. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of receiving payment.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During periods of high demand, product launches, pre-orders, promotions, or major events, processing times may be longer.

 

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Typical delivery estimates are:

  • Standard UK Delivery: 2–5 business days

  • Express UK Delivery: 1–2 business days

  • Local Collection (if offered): Notification will be provided when your order is ready

Delivery times may be affected by:

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are based on:

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring delivery information is accurate.

 

7. Trading Card Singles

Trading card singles may be shipped using different methods depending on value, quantity, and destination.

To protect collectible items:

  • Cards will be packaged appropriately using sleeves, top loaders, card savers, team bags, rigid packaging, or equivalent protective materials.

  • Higher-value orders may require tracked or signed-for delivery.

KABSYS Games & Hobbies reserves the right to upgrade shipping methods for security purposes.

 

8. Sealed Products and Collectibles

Sealed products and collectibles will be packaged using appropriate protective materials to reduce the risk of damage during transit.

Minor cosmetic imperfections to manufacturer packaging that occur before receipt by KABSYS Games & Hobbies may not qualify as damage unless specifically advertised as a mint-condition collectible item.

 

9. Risk and Ownership

Ownership of goods transfers to the customer upon full payment.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon successful delivery to the delivery address provided during checkout.

 

10. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.

KABSYS Games & Hobbies is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

Where parcels are returned to us due to incorrect address details, additional postage charges may apply before re-dispatch.

 

11. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at contact@kabsys.co.uk.

We may initiate an investigation with the delivery carrier before issuing replacements or refunds.

For damaged deliveries:

  • Notify us as soon as possible.

  • Retain all packaging materials.

  • Provide photographs of the parcel and damaged contents where requested.

Each claim will be assessed individually.

 

12. Missing Items

If you believe items are missing from your order, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photographs and additional information to assist our investigation.

 

13. Pre-Orders

Pre-order products will be dispatched once stock is received and available for shipment.

Release dates are provided by manufacturers and distributors and may change without notice.

Where supplier allocations are reduced or unavailable, KABSYS Games & Hobbies reserves the right to cancel affected pre-orders and provide a full refund.

If an order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we may hold the order until all items are available unless otherwise agreed.

 

14. Force Majeure

KABSYS Games & Hobbies shall not be liable for delays or failures in delivery resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Postal or courier disruptions

  • Industrial action

  • Severe weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Customs delays

  • Network or systems failures
